A quick review of the documents at CH shows that the company is owned by 'Noble Endeavours Ltd'.

Lee is not currently a director of that company. All this is on public record.

Who owns Noble Endeavours.. info is not yet available at CH.

Chris.

Adrian,

Clearly not the case.

Noble Automotive is owned by Noble Endeavours Ltd. Who owns Noble Endeavours is not clear. The question is (based on CH info.) Does Lee Noble have any ownership of the business?

In the other thread:

"The new owner is a company called Noble Endeavours Ltd. Directors of that company are the Dysons and a guy called Russel Shear who has a London address."

Rob, just inquisitive that's all. The Annual Return for Noble Endeavours should be filed by 31.08.07. We'll find out then whether the company is British or American I suppose.

I'm fed up with it all really - am getting a niggling feeling that something is up in Barwell and it isn't good (glad to be proved wrong on this one - tea-boy!)!
