Another Exige or Noble? £25K tops

Depends on your budget ( for maintence) and what you are going to use it for.If you are going to do a lot of track days I would go Lotus for that money.
If it is for general blatting about the Noble would be great and a lot of fun, but it will cost more to run than an Lotus. Just make sure if you get a 2.5 it has had all the upgrades.
Mines in the classifieds yours for 24k no less just serviced, new tyres and all the upgrades!!

Fitting an M400 fuel pump (for a 2.5 or 3.0 up to 400bhp) and upgrading the wiring loom to the fuel pump are advisable and relatively low cost. Apparently, they tend to run lean when the car's under load as the wiring is too thin to cope. If you’re unlucky (as a few on here have been) you could lunch the engine, especially if you’re going to take it on track.If it’s money no object - the Limited Slip Diff is worth adding (standard open diff is a potential weak point) if you don't have one already and you're taking the engine out (which you have to do unless you chop the chassis) to fit a Track Day Sump - oh and a new clutch at the same time, plus heat (foil) wrap the chassis rails whilst the engines out. That little lot should set you back a few bob – I reckon about £3,500 - £4,000 with VAT.
A chop (the chassis) and weld Track Day Sump fitting will probably cost in the region of £1,400 if you want the lowest cost option to add that.
This is all assuming you’re not going to any of the work yourself and if you are - good luck
A boost controller is worth considering as a tested way of increasing power. There are also one or two exhausts in the final throws of development that should add a few ponies too. Even if you don’t add any power mods, get it mapped by someone who knows what they’re doing. Yellowshed (on here) did a great job on mine.

Other important upgrades that should have been done are..upgraded fan and shroud on the radiator, mbe ecu(if the original has gone pop) As for the fuel pump, I think for the 2.5 just upgrading the wiring is all that is required, unless you have upgraded the power somewhat.
Nice mods to have are...six speed and LSD,M400 gear linkage, exhaust, intercooler,BOV, some nice Carbon fibre bits, rear lights, wheels, the list goes on...
