Nice roads around Scotland/Devon?Cornwall

Lucky me has no job to go to as from July 21st. Looking to take the Noble around for a 3-4 week blast to the above. Any must do's please let me know. Prob aiming for 10 days Scotland, and 10 odd days in Devon/Cornwall. Cheers Adam.
PS, anyone been over to France to drive on the Millau bridge? Another trip i fancy

Millau bridge is far better from below than actually driving over it.

As for Scotland, try

Start at Inverness.
Either do A82 to Drumnadrochit or go West along the coast and then A833 south and east into Drumnadrochit. Then A82 to Invermoriston, then West along A887, west on A87 all the way to Kyle of Lochalsh, then onto Isle of Skye following A87 all the way to Portee. In Portee follow A855 to the North of the Island and then South into Uig. A87 South back into Portree (you can do the SW corner as well if you want), then back over the bridge and follow the A87 all the way (i.e. go South where the A887 meets the A87) into Mandally, and then A82 all the way to Ben Nevis.

This is the view coming back down South from the top of the Isle of Skye
