But being fixed as I type.

Turns out the relays needed replacing and the wires connecting to it are crimped, not soldered.

They are now, he is just having issues with boost, he thinks the one of the relays is slightly different and trying to source one.

Soldering connections in a car. How very DIY. Nobody ever solders connections in cars / planes etc for a whole range of very good reasons (which I'll dig out of the back of my mind later).

He is soldering the crimps, not to the relays.

Is that ok?

Anyway, I will be getting the ECU and relays moved into the cabin so that should sort it out.
