These are the ones I bought six months ago and I've had no problems at all.
They make the standard lamps look positively dim
and they draw less current to boot! F.C.

It says "low beam conversion" does it do both low and high - or am I being typically dim?J

Sadly if you are using H7 lamps only low beam as high beam is required for "flashing" and HID takes too long to strike up to full luminescence for "flashing".
My low beam is VERY good for safe progress on the darkest of roads.
