Yeah, i called them yesterday to find out about M400 gear change cables.

Was told no parts dept. for two months.

Also called Plans. No help again as they are not a Noble approved parts dealer, but a Noble approved motorsport dealer - (whatever that means).

Said their service dept. was remaining at Chessington for next two months.

Apparently thats the next 1 month (end Sept) officially as thats when the place is due to be taken over by the new people (Kwik Fit )

But yes service dept is still open at Chessington (tel no on their site at http://www.mole-valley.co.uk/page.php?cid=15)
