From information I have taken from Companies House this afternoon:

Noble Automotive is 100% owned by Noble Endeavours Ltd
&
Noble Endeavours Ltd is 100% owned by Mr & Mrs Dyson.

We therefore have..

An American owned car company.

(notice that I am not giving an opinion of any sort here!!)

Yes, Lee remains a director of Noble Automotive Ltd.

On further review (of the 2006 Noble automotive accounts - y/e 31.03.2006) at note 3 to the abbreviated accounts, it says that the £1 shares have been divided into 1p shares. ie. there are now 1000 shares in issue and not 10. The Noble Automotive Annual Return (363) filed in Feb 2007 does not reflect this change. It shows that there are are 10 issued shares, all owned by Noble Endeavours.

There is clearly an inconsistency between the Accounts and 363.
