I watched the BTCC earlier and I don't remember hearing that Plato was burnt when test driving the Capro T1 for 5th gear (Engine caught fire and flames showered him).

I have great respect for still racing while hands are badaged, but he lost the champions ship by 1 point, but what great races.

Yeah I saw that too. Not really a good advert for the T1.

I went down to Thruxton to watch the racing. Plato didn't look entirely comfortable in the paddock but put a brave face on it.
