is that a mk3 fiesta ? and do you want to sell it !!
i've been toying with a twin engined one for years
i suggest you consider twin turbo's for less lag - where do the intercooler(s) go ?
got any more pics
I put an aftermarket ecu on Bondy's 2.5 Noble recently and it goes like the clappers !

a road/drag car should be a bit of a sleeper lol.... when it goes bang i'll put low comp pistons/rods etc then i can make proper power its just a bit of fun you don't need an intercooler with this setup the turbo is way down on heat i'll put a small chargecooler in if it needs it as for lag i don't think it will be a problem but i can always put passive ALS(sounds awsome) on it the emerald is up for all those jobs i'm only going to run 5-7 psi boost
as the engine is standard should give me 300-350 bhp for now oh its a mk 4
fiesta

they are making 420 bhp 18psi in the states in a ford contour you can make 100bhp out of an ecu and turbo no problem mines probably over 200 bhp as it is with all the crap thats been removed proper headers no EGR flowed T/B and inlet manifold electric water pump no pulley drivern one anymore and other bits and bobs easy peasy power
My Duratec is mostly an ST200 with custom ecu, intake & exhaust and gives me 202bhp in NA form. I was thinking of strapping on a T3 turbo in the way you describe (after the Y pipe) but I think 300bhp would be pushing it. Watch out for the head gaskets as they will be the first to fail.
