Suspension adj.

Has anyone lowered their car on standard suspension units.
Just wondered what difference it made, if any, I am not talking a lot, just to make it look more aesthetically pleasing.

I may be wrong but I thought it was the case that the standard set-up couldn't (shouldn't?) be altered. Can't recall why though.

Yes -many folk have altered ride heights/suspension settings. Mostly for track work rather than aethesics, though. For 'normal' road use the factory settings are probably best.

You'll mess up the "roll centre" of the car if you play about with the ride height without a specific goal in mind.
I suggest Plans motorsport may be able to help you with geometry issues.
My car has enormous grip through the turns and really good traction to go with it.

the car also has limited travel so you might find it crashing onto the bumstops and being very "edgy " on undulating roads . I would think standard is best unless cruising , or on VERY smooth roads , if thats any help ?

I totally agree with all that's been said, "if it ain't broke"
Just thought that it would look all the better for being a tad lower, but am more than happy with the way it handles.
