All - thanks for the encouragement.

The Cossy is reputed to have around 475 bhp. Whether that's at the wheels, flywheel and on what rolling road I don't know . The four wheel drive seems to help it get away pretty well at the rolling starts! That car ended up with a broken wheel having collided with a back marker and luckily he didn't have to go around Turn 1 at full tilt as it happened on the last lap ... post race consensus was that he wouldn't have made it around Turn 1 as the wheel would have disintegrated under the load and that would have been a huge crash.

The other cars worth watching are the supercharged Honda Exiges which usually do very well; Steve Taylor romped home in the race on Sunday (well done mate).

Best of all we got a full 20 mins of racing with no red flags or safety cars so you got time to learn some racecraft. Oh and nobody ran into me

Nah, bl00dy video recorder threw up an error at the start of the race and I wasn't in a position to run start fiddling with CF cards! Typical eh.
