Cam Removal in situ Help Pls

HI,
Just wondering if anybody managed to remove cams (the upper cylinder bank)
while engine in place ? We have some strange noises coming (sounds like possible
lifter, or stuck valve or valve spring). No apparant damage visible upon removal
of cover. Any trick to clear water pump drive and take care of timing chain
/sprocket positions the easy way ?
Any hints tricks are appreciated.

I don't have the info you need other than both heads can be removed with the engine in place vis a vis the cams can come out.
The Noble build manual may be some help I believe there is a link on the Nobleparts site.

Can be done but very fiddly, inlet off, timing cover off, water pump off, all assuming you have to take the head off.

Hi Adrian,
Hoping not to have to remove the head, just the cams from the upper cylinder head bank.
Not done compression/leakdown test yet.
