Art, you sure its on noble parts. There is alot about 3's and 3r's but they are diff from the 2.5. not sure I've read that as I always wanted to know. Thanks for the info though.

Have you had them fitted all round and verified this?

no i havent martin.a mate from grimsby where i live has a 2.5 cherry red nob and has replaced all his with these parts

Be careful though. The shoulder on some ball joints is not as wide as the original and this leaves a gap between the shoulder and the circlip retaining ring. I turned up a spacer to take up this gap when I did them on my 2.5. If you need some, let me know.

Don't have any spares but I'll make you some if you want

Note: I am not a commercial engineering workshop, I just happen to have a lathe in me garage (it was cheap)

Having looked at the ball joints and spacers I made again, I have just noticed/remembered that the outer casing of the ball joint also needs turning down a bit in order to get it in the wishbone housing. I am happy to make a few sets of spacers but be aware guys that this may not be the end of the story (if you've got new ball joints the same spec as mine). You may need to get a machine shop to also turn the ball joints. If you can assure me that you won't piss me about like someone on here has previously, then I'm happy to do this for anyone who wants them.
