Oh please. This was a single club at the very high end with a bit of a ropy offering IMHO that's called in the administrators. Clubs with compelling offerings are hardly going to be in the same position.

To boot any decent club will allow you to purchase on a CC (for example, mine does), and hence you are covered by the CCC1974, so why worry?
