Hooked up the laptop to the ECU as the car isn't starting and the software is reporting:

Injector cyl#1 Open Circuit [P0201]
Injector cyl#2 Open Circuit [P0202]
Injector cyl#3 Open Circuit [P0203]
Injector cyl#4 Open Circuit [P0204]
Injector cyl#5 Open Circuit [P0205]
Injector cyl#6 Open Circuit [P0206]
eek

I've checked the engine harness and all connectors look good.
Can't believe all 6 injectors would die at the same time?

Anyone else ever had anything like this?
I'm worried that it might be a problem with the ECU itself. frown

Sounds like a possible blown fuse in the injector +ve supply, or a wiring fault. If the injectors are batch fired it's possible that you have a fault on the earth side but the fact it's reporting a separate fault for each injector makes it seem unlikely. Just as a sanity check, with everything off you could pull the plug off one of the injectors and measure the resistance between the terminals. Assuming they're the usual high impedance injectors you should seem something around 15 Ohms across each injector.

Injectors are under the inlet manifold, but ecu loom which covers injectors, coils,tb, air temp, mass and boost, cam, crank and lambda sensors all exit on the drivers side of the engine and then go straight to the ecu. and relay block. before you go too far give everything a good wiggle just in case something has come loose a short could pull the +12 supply down.

Well the mystery is solved biggrin

Turns out one of the 12v feeds to the ECU harness, #7 on RR03, was not quite 12v!!

Looks like it was dodgy connection in the rear fusebox.

Sorted it and now she starts and runs fine. smile

Thanks for the advice guys. thumbup
