i have removed the floor but when drilling out the rivets the other half end up in the box section of the car, has any one removed floor as was woundering if the rattle around? aslo which rivet are used as im sure noble will want a pound eack for rivets, and anyone could sugest best sealant and spray glue that would also bee a help. thanks

the rivet probably will rattle - but you could fill the chassis rail with waxoil and it should be fine !

most including myself used stainless self tappers so its easier to remove the floor at a later date.never had a problem with rivets rattling around but,as gadge says the use of waxoyl has helped .while its off please please replace the 10mm water piping with 3ply silicone items.took mine off and although it looked ok it was easy to snap pieces off .the main pipe is around 4mtrs long and runs front to back.it has been well reported so use the search for more info

im glad you sai about the water pipe i see it and it doesnt look to good. who did you use to get the tubeing from as i find it hard to get ful lenght without putting in joiners

Am i right in thinking that this is the pipe that runs from top of rad to the rear?

taken that pipe out and se the pipe to oil cooler did not look to gd, taken the pipes off but found they go to the heater control,in the middle of the car and boy was it had to get them off, iv neva seen such craply made hose in my life. so im gunna try and replace wot i can, havin the cossie aswel its nice to try and tidy up a sad looking engine bay, your chrome was it a one off?
