well!after a bit of a wait i got the call they were ready.called this morning to pick them up.all looked really good ,i paid the money from you good people and went home.i had a closer inspection with them all spread about on the kitchen table and saw a bubble in one, went to see if i could push it out then was amased to see my finger print on the badge it did disapear butthe resin to create the bubble effect does seem a little soft.it is minimal but i personally was not 100% happy.i have taken them back and he agrees with my findings so is going to make some more with a different batch of resin.so please be patient with me and sorry for the delay frown

yes the 1st one i took off was with a tiewrap run around the back of it.the 2nd was with a bit of heat still with the tiewrap but the heat made the sticky stuff stay on the badge instead of stuck to the car

A hair dryer and a little Glide dental floss is all you need. Just warm the badge with the hair dryer, work the floss under an edge and you should be able to peel it right off. It also helps if you have someone else holding the hairdryer to keep it warm as you slowly peel it off.

Once you have it off, you can clean the rest of any remaining adhesive off with a little GooGone and soft rag.

Whichever you prefer for safety sake.

I have been informed, by a reliable source, that this yime of year can be quite a perilous journey for any items that may feel 'worth keeping' to the touch, sent merely first class, if you catch my drift!

To that end I'm happy to wait until the New Year as long as you're happy keeping them until then Arty?

Thanks once again for sorting these out by the way.

'ave a good un........
