Engine Rattle

Fitted a BOV this morning, went for a spin all seems ok, but seems to have developed a rattle.
Cant see as its anything to do with the BOV as its coming from the drivers side, removed the alternator
belt and its still there, seems to be at around 2k revs. Im thinking it could be the timing chain tensioner. Any thoughts? its the 3ltr by the way

Its looking like oil pump is pooped. Anyone know if you can get a high flow one or anything?
On tickover its got 50psi then when you rev it drops down to about 20psi!
