Which oil?

Hi Guys

Recently bought a GTO3R, whch was serviced on purchase but need to get some top up oil. Can anyone advise a suitable oil or should I call the garage who serviced it to keep it consistent?

Factory recommends Shell Helix Ultra 5W/40 Fully synthetic. Also Mobil 1 recommended by some tuners/racers

But probably best get an idea of what has been put in also.

I use RedLine or Silkolene Pro S in my Noble and all our high powererd MR2 Turbos.

Both are Ester-based fully synthetic.

Am I right in saying that these oils will also work very well if temps are over 110 I'm sure I herd they were good for 120+

yes martin.and keep great oil pressure at higher temps
