Document of emmision check

Good evening everybody,
last night I came back from Northern Ireland where I bought a 11/03 M12 3R with 16k miles and drove it down to germany.
It might be one of only three M12 here in the country and I am still trying to find out where they are located.
From the drive back I can say nothing more than I was overwhelmed by the drive, performance and quality of the car. I expected something much more kit-car-like than the Elise I bought two years before but the noble really is impressive in every detail.
I checked another M12 in London the week before where I saw a document that seemed to be some emmission quantitiy check certificate that state the amount of emission and some technical data. This document could be extremely helpful for showing it to the agency where I want to get my german license plate. Does anyone of you have this document of a GTO 3R and could email me a scan to michael.heyne@whu.edu? I would be so thankful for that.
@sean: I will give you a call the next days concerning the TUEV-checks and paperwork needed in germany, just wanted to teach myself a little bit before to not steal too much of your time.
