Cat Delete Pipes
Discussion
Have just been on to Piper for a quote for some Cat Delete pipes for my Roush exhaust and they are coming back at just over £300 (inc Vat & Carriage) for the Ceramic coated ones. As such, was wondering if anyone out there had a set cluttering up their garage that they wanted to sell on?

Generally if they're replacing some good 100/200 cell cats they produce approximately
zero percent more horsepower.
Does anyone know what Roush shipped as standard for their cats?
Is it the 100/200 cell ones that Phil refers to? Was assuming there was a benefit as the Noble FAQ WIKI thing shows a comparison of CATS v No CATS delivers another 10 BHP?RobP said:
didn't you get cat bypass pipes with your Roush exhaust?
Should have yes. That was another thing Plans f

Rob, can you confirm whether ceramic coated or not please and I'll have a think? ThanksYes - the pipes are ceramic coated; the cats are 100 cell racing so as Phil said there is little difference in power, with or without. Also remember that technically your car is illegal on the road without cat converters which may also compromise your insurance; the noise levels will increase sans cats, severely reducing the number of tracks you can drive on, and finally, you will have to re-insert the cats for an MoT.
Great salesman, aren't I?
