2006 M12 ?

I know, what I mean is, 2006 ? I did not think they were made in 2006. But having had a look on Autotrader, there is another 2006 3R. Looks like I'm wrong.

Both ads are for the same car, its been for sale since before Christmas

Got a feeling it was built much earlier than 2006 and originally sat in a noble dealers up north/Scotland in their showroom,before they went bust.Was then registered 2006.
