starter motor advice

Any ideas what starter motor i need to fit a 2004 M12 3R. I bought one that was suggested in another thread but my mechanic said its well wrong and got no hope of fitting it on there, so decided to go the other route which was to replace the solonoid that had broken done that however the solonoid is now to big and wont fit next to the fuel tank... all advice gratefully recieved cos missing not having my toy spec as sun is out i want to go play

I bought a starter motor for my GT03 from Hillmart a few months ago. Should be the same! Hillmart supply Noble with starters. give the chap a call he will sort out exactly what you need over the phone.

I had a Unipoint STR2845, I think it was about £104 or £108 inclusing P+P with no exchange

cheers for the reply it was a STR 2845 that i bought and the mechanic said there is no hope of gettin it on.
