have friends who are in the ford st owners club and was interested to hear the duratec has a problem with the water pump as it has plastic impellor blades which have a tendancy to break and make a mess internally somehow.they normally replace it with a metal bladed item which is alot stronger.does the noble have the plastic impellor type and if so has anyone heard of one breaking up?
