Right part. Don't think it's a deal though, unless the factory prices have gone up a lot....

Have been looking at clutches lately and Helix quoted me an M400 clutch for £175 + VAT so not sure this is a great deal.

I don't think its a deal either. A clutch (cover and plate as per that ad) is £364.00 + VAT.
At todays exchange rate that USD price is circa £350.00. Then incude say $120.00 shipping, import tax and VAT on all the above and you are WAY over the retail cost in Blighty.
