First trackday in the car on sat, was brilliant fun, the only thing that let the car down was the tyres, (eagle f1 assymetricals) need a set of 888's or corsa's for on track!

Other than a lambo superleggera and a 600hp evo there wasn't anything faster, had to keep backing off when chasing a caterham r500 as the guy wouldn't move to let me through.

Have some footage but will be a few days before i can get it on, couple of pics...

Hi Graham,
I was there on Saturday - saw your excellent efforts around the track. Including a nice drift around the hairpin biggrin

I was looking for you to have a chat - but couldn't see where you were parking.

Shame for the AC cobra that spun. The Lambo was mental - sounded great.

Cheers
Kenny

Hi Graham,

I was planning on tracking her at Knockhill this year but i've just signed up for an Easter weekend trip to the Ring instead. Never been so really looking forward to it.

I've been round Knockhill many times in my previous cars - in particular a modified Scooby that was quite quick (i thought anyway :-). I'm curious, what sort of max speeds do you get in the Noble up the start/finish straight? In my Scooby i was seeing 115 - 120 mph - depending on how late a braked.

Maybe later in the year I'll track her on KH. We should arrange at joint trip.

Cheers
Kenny

The ring is the best place to go with the car, i'll be going again in june hopefully.

Was getting about 125mph up the straight, maybe slightly more before needing to get on the brakes.

125+ very impressive. What was your best lap time? I think i was high 50's for the Scooby.

Wasn't timing but it must have been less than a minute.

Clearly faster on the straights but in a different league handling wise.

well the guy who bought the T350 from me was out in the car with me and he commented that... theres no way the TVR could ever go round as fast as the Nob.

The brakes and engines don't heat up like the trev did, the steering is more precise, the car has less roll and stays perfectly balanced, never had the rear end step out unexpectedly... errrm, it's easier if i just take you out for a drive...

Wish i'd bought the noble years ago!
