Hi guys this failed on mot as well today was wondering if anybody had any ideas what the problem could be.just to say that the heater box was removed quite a while ago as was not working and is under repair.the indicator lights on dash have not been working since the box was removed could this have anything to do with the light not working as was fine before box was removed(wires come disconnected or bad connection somewhere maybe?)What should i be looking for.Im just trying to save a bit of dosh if the problem could be something simple that i can sort out without having to get my mechanic to look at.

Cheers Chris

Hi Chris,

I can never tell whether or not my dash indicator lamp is working during the day they are that dim! So it may not actually be a problem........

Have you checked the fuses in the front fusebox? In the US cars, all the warning lights are powered off fuse #9. If that's not it, you'll probably have to fish around behind the front console for disconnected wires/connectors...
