....I was working on my nob 
....but interested in the dyno results 
I now have a marine grade plug in battery charger on the rear clip so don't have to open the clip or use the interior to keep the battery topped up.
I also installed a nice shiny new header tank.....would have installed the full hard pipe kit but they didn't include the Forge BOV boss on the pipes supplied. Something for next weekend now.
The breather tank went in last week and just waiting for a new boost pipe to complete the full pipe installation.
Electric mirrors are also ready to go in but will start a separate thread for that one in case anyone want to do their own.
On the current to do list......
- Armourfend or similar
- new speakers
- new headunit with iPod
- Homelink

Amazing! I'm currently looking for a plug-in point for the same purpose and was going to install in almost the same position. My plan is to incorporate the socket into the existing number-plate light holder - to avoid cutting the clam.

Not sure you would get much in the existing light holder but I agree that a nice discrete small plug would have been ideal. Couldn't find one of those so thought I would go for something suitable.Good job anyway, where did you get the plug and socket from?
Found a chap on eBay who would make a custom length loom (I used a 3.5m loom which was just about ideal) using a marine grade socket. £15 for the correct length and all the parts.

Drilling and filing out the rear clam was quite easy and you can't see the socket when not in use. The hardest part is connecting to the battery but after reading the posts on here I just removed the rear wheel and liner and job done quite quickly.
