Special bodied Noble

Does anyone know about this car: http://www.madle.org/ddcgo.htm It seems to be a German built special built on a Noble chassis. I`m afraid my German language skills are non-existant... The car looks interesting! There are also other links off this site to other `different` cars. Apologies if the topic has been covered before.
