Does anybody know of a 3R located in Beckenham, Kent? I could see your car peaking its nose out from under its cover as i passed, looked very mischievous!

I used to live in Beckenham about 2 years ago and never saw another in the area.
Maybe another new owner? smile

Mind you, after I moved to Tunbridge Wells I'd see a Black one going through Biggin Hill while I was on the bike going to work. I'm guessing that it was bernhund. Never did see it if I was in the Noble though.
In fact I've never seen another while I've been in mine and I've had it just over 2 years now!! frown

nice, so what type have you got? have you done much to it over the two years? I have been a HUGE fan of Nobles for years now and have worked in Beckenham for over 10 years but never saw you! How strange eh?! Ive have my M400 for about 2 months, and i'm already in love with her, it would be cool to meet up sometime for a afternoon spin! I know how much attention my car attracts, i can only imaging what a convoy does!!

I've got a GTO3 in Azure Blue, well it started life as a GTO but the previous owner threw a rather large sum of cash at it and had a 3.0 litre with TDS, 6spd with LSD, Roush exhaust with upgraded manifolds and an upgraded fuel pump installed.
Since owning it I've changed the seats & harnesses, clutch, taken the instruments out and replaced them with a Race Technology DASH2, also installed a Race Technology DL1 datalogger and some bullet cams for trackdays. biggrin

Yep, that'd be me going through Biggin Hill alright. In fact the car has spent the last couple of years going back and forth to Beckenham and Bromley areas. AND Mr Credit sir, you are right, you never seem to see another Nob when you're in your own. As was proved right when last Friday I must've seen you in Tunbridge Wells going through the industrial estate. I was in my van!

I think you probably saw the other blue Noble that lives down this way as I'm pretty sure I wasn't out on Friday.
I've yet to see the other one as well!!! smile

Hi Ian,

Do you live in a converted church? If so, it probably is.

I have owned a M400 for a few months now, and thought that i was the only one in Beckenham!!!

So how long have you had the car? Have you done much to it? Who do you use for servicing/upgrades?

Speak soon.

Dan

OK, I'm now confused. I've clocked up 20k miles in the last 2 years mainly running backwards and forwards from Sevenoaks to Beckenham. How come I never see any of you guys or visa versa?

It's well strange. I think that a friend of mine may have seen you in the last few months whilst he was on his Kawasaki, but i work and live in Beckenham and have never see your car!

We should all make a consious effort to drive through Beckenham one day to give the shoppers a supprise!

A Saturday lunchtime in a pub with a car park that cannot be missed sounds about right.

i like the sound of that.

What part of Beckenham do you go through? I live just off 'Village Way' if you know it (maybe you can modify your route every-so-often so you do a drive-by outside mine!!).

I'm always around that part of Beckenham! Spent most of January in Kelsey Way!
Been up and down Eden Park etc countless times. Was just off Stanley Avenue for 2 weeks in March etc etc!
If your Nobs not garaged, it's a miracle I've not seen it.

When I lived in Beckenham I was living in one of the flats above Steven Harris Opticians. smile

Hi Dan,
Yes, that's me!
Had just over a year after an Exige & TVR's before that & have to say a life of 'Nobility' is great fun!
Had a few tweaks, been at Roush (which I notice has been renamed Revolve) where Trevor J worked his magic (> 400bhp & torques) has a Haywood & Scott stainless exhaust, intercooler etc. Newest addition are its new boots, with Compomotive (anthracite) wheels as damaged a front beyond repair & noble wanted to charge me £750 for 1 wheel......
Just been serviced at Mole Valley (ouch....) & off to Le mans on Friday, happy days,
Ian

Hi Ian,

Wicked, its nice to know that the car is looked after!! Le Mans should be amazing (can't get there this year, but am looking to do it next year (if you fancy a friend, you know where i am!!)).

If not, maybe a trip around Beckenham with Stephen (berhund) would a quick bit of fun!!!

Look after her, and look out for me!!

Happy motoring!!

Dan
