Greetings from the past fellow Noblity!

Thought I'd pop in to show off my new toy.

Some of you will no doubt laugh at its lack of pace and floopy roofless chassis, but given my current work car and the race car sat in the garage, I figured (after many weeks thought) that a sexy topless V8 was the only option. It may even help me to find myself a new lass. wink

I'm collecting her on Saturday from Stratstone Aston in Wilmslow and I can't freekin wait! bounce

Very nice, Gregoire! You probably won't get the " I've got enough bricks in my pants to build a house" comment that I got after taking Taf for a quick blat in the M400 yesterday. But for leisurely roof-down GT motoring with a great sound track I would have thought the AM is hard to beat. Here's hoping for that long hot summer...

Thanks smile Long hot summer was what I was thinking when I decided a topless car was a good idea.

Just got it added onto the policy for my elise insurance for an extra £89 till August biggrin

Thats £800 to insure the elise AND Aston on one policy next year. thumbup

Now just trying to sort the finance out frown

The car looks stunning.

I'm a little longer in the tooth than you and I'd like to think with maturity comes wisdom. As such I'm a little concerned that driving around in this may not project the appropriate image that will enable you to attract a nice young lady.

All your going to attract is blonde airheads with pert breasts and tight arses who will just want to shag you to death and spend your money.

With the benefit of my years of experience in these matters I feel complelled to give one final piece of advice.

If the shagging get too much or you pull one who has a fetish for a fat bloke laying on top of her sweating into her eyes - give me a ring.

Greg,

We promise NOT to mention the following words

Hairdresser
Tosser
Shiny end
Form over function
Stuffed like a kipper
You are GAY
It's very shiny sir. Would you like me to rub it?
Can I feel the leather?
Is that Crystal or Plastic?
Why do your wing mirrors say Volvo on them?
Why does a skoda have a damped fag cover, but your £90k car doesn't?
Do you like it? Yes SIR? Yes?

Great choice, and I'm sure you'll love it!

It is, it's just Greg has found a way to minimise the crunch by selling his body instead of sexy curves on his furniture....

Having watched a program on Virgin 1 called Penis Envy last night, I can now reveal that I am very happy with the size of my tadger. In fact, when I'm in the Aston, it will feel massive!

And I agree, it is veruy shiny biggrin

Thanks for the finance advice Joust. Richard is arranging it for me now.

Only 3 sleeps to go! bounce

Called my insurance company who do the elise road/race car yesterday and it went like this.

"Hi, its Greg Noble, I've bought an Aston and wonder if I can add it onto my Lotus Elise policy?"

"Hi Greg, no problem, I'll do it now..............[give him car details].............I'm afraid that for the remaining 3 months of the policy its going to cost an additional £89 and next years premium will go from £350 up to £800, but that will give you 5000 miles and full track cover for both cars"

Couldn't freekin believe it!! biggrin

Awesome all round. Out of personal interest did you test drive any other AMs DB9/Vanquish/V12 to come to your decision or was it just LAFS.

Cheers
