Is now the time to get a Noble?I

I've been thinking of a 3R or 400 for a while now - don't need any convincing about the merits of the car, but is now the right time or will prices fall over the next few months? Those I've seen for sale over the past 3/4 months seem to be sticking....ie. they've been on sale a while - why is this?? Is it likely that demand is fragile and that therefore prices will fall if I hang on??

If you're ready, buy.Make use of the decent weather getting to know the car. As for prices they've done remarkably well,albeit taking a bit of a tumble like everything else lately. A 53 plate nigh on 6 year old 3R at a Noble dealer is still probably just over 50% of its price when new, which is a cracking return.

I firmly believe that decent Nobles just aren't going to fall in price any further because there are so few of them left. There will be poorly maintained and abused examples coming up now and again at reduced prices so be very wary what you buy.

That would be top money, and there's a 2005 3R at Kerridges around the same price.

I havnt looked that hard but it does seem to me that prices are no longer coming down...

I did the same thing a few months ago, didn't know when to take the plunge. But a Monza Red M400 came up for sale and that was it!!

I believe that prices for all Nobles will be fairly stable now until the winter, so if you are thinking of enjoying the summer, in what is in my mind, the best car short of 100k, then go for it. You will not regret it, i promise you.

Just make sure that you look your best when you go out in it, because you will get soo much attention!!

mine will be avaiable to buy very soon as i am going to be moving onto something else, probably an aston as i mentioned on another post on here.

it wont be advertised for another couple of weeks as i am still sorting out a few logistical issues.
