You would'nt mind so much if they did'nt hold on to a reg that can be altered to make a word or name and charge you thousands of pounds more for the priviledge for owning it.

In a perverse way, DVLA's business model is brilliant...
- Have yourself a supply of worthless products.
- Make it quite clear both before and after purchase of said worthless product what you can and what you can't do with them.
- Sell them at vastly inflated prices knowing there are enough t*ats around who consider themselves above the law and will do what they want, legal or not.
So you don't consider your self above the law then and never ever speed then!! just because we like to make or cars stand out with a little bit of over priced plastic does'nt make us t*ats!! we just don't like being ripped of. "Never did get that shock" at least DVLA sent my number "fitted legally I may add"
