Wastegate Actuators

Does anyone know what the wastegate actuators are off on the 3-litre ? I'm trying to get some Forge ones and I'm not sure about rod length etc.

A good bloke to talk to is mick tuckwood of area 52 in nottingham, he usually also holds them in stock at £150 i think

Think this thread has been looked at a couple of times before. I know it was covered after we all went to the dyno day earlier this year

I've used the search and could not find out ( waste gate actuators have been mentioned, but no definitive answer as far as I could find as to if they are off another car or are bespoke ).

I know that Mick Tuckwood sells them for £150 for the pair but I doubt they are alloy one's for that price, but I might be wrong.

When Peter gets some photos up of his engine build and install, you might find that you have jumped to the wrong conclusion.... again.

If you lighten up a bit you might find that maybe Peter is taking the p*ss out of himself and just having a laugh.

I have been a member of this forum since owning the car..coming up to 6 years now...and it has always been a laugh and most owners dont mind a bit of a wind up...it seems to have changed in the last year or so..

Back on topic, snuffy, forge do the alloy ones, if you call them and ask they should know, I used to work about a mile from their place in gloucester and they had a good look at the car ( used mine for the original dump valve testing) HTH

Forge obviously dont save any data then cos when i rang up they were clueless! but did offer to make/match some up.
