warped discs!! hubs and ball joints

had warped discs: had discs skimmed to fix
Discs appeared to have warped again very quickly after some run in (half expected it really). First thought is run out on hubs and i do plan to replace the hubs and bearings for the Ford parts to eliminate but i was checking the bushes and the the top wishbone bush on the nearside hub appears to have play in it. could this cause the discs to warp?
Is this a realistic budget for the following parts (front only, both sides):
ford hubs: £90+ VAT (both RH and LH)
ford bearings: £38+ VAT (both RH and LH)
Top bushes only: £20ish (both RH and LH)
New bush blocks (the ones which crack): £120 (both RH and LH)
Porsche hub nuts: £10 (both RH and LH)
Skim discs again: £60 (both RH and LH)
wasn't sure on the bearings and hubs if price was for just 1 hub or both left and right, anybody know? And, it says 3R in NobleParts forum for the part numbers, am i right to assume these will fit my GTO3?
Is there anything else i should change while i'm there?

Loose ball joints are dead easy to test for.
Jack up the car with a decent trolley jack and ensure the wheels are well chocked (as you are going to wiggle the wheels around and you don't want it coming crashing down).
Grab hold of the wheel top and bottom. Wiggle it around. If you can feel play, the ball joints are on the way out.
If you pop the clam and look down at the wheel at the same time you'll normally be actually able to see the movement if you get a friend to do the wiggling.

I got the wife to wiggle as much as she could and I was quite impressed at her age!!

Upper ball joints are fairly easy to replace. Lowers are more difficult - you'll need to use a hydraulic press to press out the old and press in the new. A good quality rust penetrant will make the job easier.
