What are the alignment settings on an early 2004 3R?
Found the US settings in the build manual, are ours the same? And will mine be classed as an 'early' or 'later' 3R?

Thanks

If you mean toe settings I think its 40 minutes total toe in at the back, and 20 minutes total toe out at the front.

AFAIK, early and late versions only refers to the turning circle. The early versions have a big turning circle whereas the late versions have a "tight" turning circle. That difference necessitated different front-end geometry settings. Time-wise, that change should have occurred sometime in 2003 or early 2004.

The following data was published by Noble in an internal technical memo on 30-11-04

The way to tell if it's an early or late 3R is to look at the rack height. The rack height on the early 3R’s is lower than the later ones. The front toe settings are therefore different to suit.

Early car – rack height 103mm
Front – 2mm toe out Rear – 2-3mm toe in

Later car – rack height 107mm
Front – 1mm toe out Rear – 2-3mm toe in

Hope this helps
