Coolant problem someone please help

Hi guys am having problems with loss of coolant.have been loosing coolant ever since i fitted a new rad a few weeks ago.when i filled the system up i took car for a spin it got hot never goes above 85 but went to 95 i pulled over and the coolant was gushing out everywhere.Filled back up and gingerly drove to my mechanic to see what the problem was he had a look and said that i probably had air in system.He had some work to do on car but tested for head failure(pressure tested)and said head gasket was ok and everything was fine.But since then i am regularly having to top system up and i can hear a gurgling noise coming from coolant tank when system is pressured up.There are no usual signs of a gasket failure im so confused and just want to sort it out one last thing had to buy a replacement cap from a motorfactors could it be that the cap is faulty and thats where my coolant loss is coming from?Appreciate all your help

You said coolant was gushing out everywhere? You need to find where the coolant leak is coming from.
If it is the pressure cap then it will be leaking from under the coolant tank and steam will be escaping from the overflow hole, this will be clear to see and is a clear indication of the pressure cap needing replacing.
Just look around the car and find out where the leak, is, these hoses leading through the tunnel can be at end of life, they lose their properties and tend to leak at the ends where the jubilee clips are, as the clips just cut through the pipe.
If you see coolant on top of the gearbox, then check the T pipe just above, run your finger underneath see if its dripping.
Someimes air can get trapped in the sysytem and takes a while to purge hence the level may keep dropping, so when this happens it just needs topping up, but i am going to rule this out as cause because you stated coolant was gushing out everywhere, which would suggest a split pipe or bad connection.
In situation like this you really need to find the source or get your mechanic to find the source of leak, is it from the front connection to the radiator, or the other side of the tunnel(engine side) only you can tell us that, but if it is leaking from the connections, take the pipe off and tset it by bending, if it splits the entire pipe needs replacing, as it will split everytime you try to tighten it back up with a jubilee clip.
On a side note, 95deg is not overheating, the optimal operating temperature for a Noble is 96deg, that is why on later models they programmed the ECU to hold the temp at 90deg because they got sick of people phoning up saying their car was overheating, so on later models when it goes above 90Deg the temp gauge just goes wild shooting up to 120deg giving false readings, which was even more silly idea as a solution, but they do not when the coolant system is running correctly even in extreme temperature racing.
I am just currently undergoing the temp sender mod and new instrument cluster PetergUk, so i get a real reading from the water temp.
The bubbling noise you here, is often caused by the turbos cooling down.
With situations like this never rule out a double fault, i.e. there could be several small leaks, take it to a decent mechanic, pressurize the system and any leaks will show up.
How old is your car, my hoses needed replacing/upgrading at 4-5 years, i would suggest getting them all upgraded as well as the turbo hoses to save future hassle and achieve pice of mind, these are a common fault on all Nobles, only reason some people get away with it it because they don't disturb them, , you disturb them and all it does it highlight the problem which was always there.
