About 4 years ago I received a NIP - it was posted on the 14th day; so it was not possible to received it within 14 days. I wrote back, informing them it has been issued out of time and was therefore invalid. They responded saying it was issued within the time limit. So I replied stating it was not, and that I had taken legal advice ( which I had ). They replied to that saying that no further action was to be taken.

You have to stand up for yourself when you are right, otherwise they walk all over you.
