My manifolds are showing signs of cracks -- again. I have already had the revised/gusseted ones fitted and now it seems I need t once again revised stainless steel option.
So the cost from Noble is £430 +vat each. That's £989.00 for the two.

Do I have an alternative? Is there an aftermarket option that works?

Thanks

You need to take the stress of the manifolds by putting proper turbo support brackets and/or fitting flexis into the exhaust IMO

for the 2.5 and 3 a member on here has drawn up the flanges so its a matter of finding someone who can cut them out and then giving the flanges to someone else who can form and weld to a pattern part(which I have - 2.5).

Obviously out of the correct grade of material.

I'm sure he had it at around £300 a pair all in. It just never got followed up.

You won't go wrong by contacting Alunox. They're up in Wrexham but should be able to fabricate and post to you. Did a full system for me.

Hi Mike,

Best give them a call for price. I think it's Leon + I'm not trying to be evasive but as well as the exhaust, I had major repairs to the space frame, new actuators on the turbos, etc.

When I looked at the price of Nobles manifolds in Incanol or Stainless 321, he was significantly cheaper.

No hesitation in recommending his work.

Cheers,

Owd tt (where's the difficulty in typing that?)
