change bulb rev counter

got the car back today complete with quaiffe diff and new clutch. total job cost including a service and front brake rebuild/clean degunk £2900 pretty good i recon.

however noticed the bulb behind the rev counter is out. is this an engine out job or nice and simple.

Yep unfortunately for you it is engine and gearbox out again, might have been wise for you to have checked this before having the gearbox done so it would have saved on the labour twice.Obviously the floor and the Tunnel has to be removed at the same time but all in all its quite a cheap job.
Might be worth looking at the white LED upgrade as they last longer so you should not have to replace it again.
ps. upgrade the wiring while you are at it !!
