I have recieved my M400 side scoops today and wondered if anyone has ever fitted a set ?? looked to me like they glue on maybe with a couple of screws at the front but what glue ?? on the Ultima i used silkaflex wonder if that would do the same job ?

You could have a go at covering them in carbon fibre fabric:

Not light weight and time consuming but you don`t have to match the paint....

You need to check that the fabric is wide enough - or buy a piece that is... The difficult bit will be wrapping the fabric around the edges where the scoops meet the body and maintaining a `precision` fit to the car. I guess you could sand the mating surfaces back as they were after everything has cured and hopefully you won`t have any loose fibres on the edge.
