reverse light doesn't work

Hi

the reverse light of my Noble 2002 doesn't work

the unit is okay
I see 4 volts on the phase
is it bad ground?
where is the switch positioned to activate the light?
all the fuses look okay
maybe anyone an idea?

Check the bulb, they often rust up in the holder and lose the contact.
