looks like a track hire car, so may be no one on here

AAAAH Crap .....made me flinch when it hit the tyres !!! bets thats buggered it !!!
he,s just posted saying he had a brake issue going into the bend thats why he lost it .....but if you listen i,m sure he gets on the gas too hard and thats why he looses the back end ........wonder if he could have saved it if he had just fethered the throttle rather than lifting off ??

Think I will leave mine on the two poster for now , what sort of temps do you recomend for tyres to work effectivly.
Sorry to say that's my old car.
Not nice to see it in that state, but as Steve says I'm sure it will be repaired and back on the track in no time at all.
The driver doesn't look like any of the guys at trackcars so I assume that it was a customer driving, must have been a white knuckle ride for the passanger...
Anyway I'm positive that they are insured under their business and the only real impact will be loss of revenue for a while.

ks the driver has put on the page 'explaining' his mistake. It was the experimental brake pad compound that he was obviously testing for a trackday hire company!

Just to straighten a few things up. Approach to braking zone was 140mph. Trying out new brake pad compound, brakes locked momentarily (60 metres covered in 1 second at that speed- which happens to be twice the length of the gravel trap), re-applied. 95mph at turn in. 2 choices. Go straight on into gravel trap knowing I was going to have head on with wall or coax it round the bend and limit the damage. I have no money but do have a few race wins so wouldn't say I was entirely talentless!
