GTO3r for 25k?!
Discussion
Have about 25k to spend...preferably wanting a 3r in red, black, or another none neutral colour.
Went to sovereign in whitchurch to view the baby blue one on autotrader...seems a nice example but with nearly 30k on the clock, bog standard GTO3, 25k seems a little on the expensive side (already said not any chance of negotiating...
How much more does the 3r offer on top of the 3??? I prefer the headlights, but what are the mechanical differences?
Also, if anyone willing to sell for this kinda price...drop me a line :-)

Where's Martin (Jenx)? Also, if anyone willing to sell for this kinda price...drop me a line :-)
- can't see him letting the turquoise wonder go for £25k though. As for the differences, generally 3Rs (but not all) have a track day sump and a six speed gearbox whereas they were optional on the 3.
Scott,
I've got a red GTO3R, 6 Speed, track day sump, was on the front row on that famous Rockingham group photo & £25k seems a fair price.
But,
Sorry mate I'm not selling because,
Whilst its not the best car I have, and
its not the fastest car I have, and
not the lightest car I have, and
not the rarest car I have, and
not the most fun car I have,
and you can't have the roof down,
it is my favourite car. Because it involves the driver more than any other I have (although only just surpassing the M10).
Every time I drive it, even now, nearly six years on, it is an occasion to saver. Long live LN, if you got a pound every time your cars put a smile on my face.........
Good luck.
Chris.
