Will there be actual hot laps this year then Ash?

And will M400 with Roush with cats be likely to pass noise limits?

Cheers,

Conrad.

Basically corporate day for Ash's company - SICL. They invite their customers, and Ash and colleagues invite lots of friends with fast/interesting cars (us).
We go along and have a free track day on Elvington airfield and take SICL customers out for pax rides round the circuit. The circuit is basically cones, so nothing to hit. Not many people at a time on the circuit. SICL also organise other events for the customers (treasure hunt etc...).

Quite a few (most) people go the day before and have a fun evening with a meal and a few beers.

All in all a good fun day.

Photos from the 2008 event are here. Slideshow here. biggrin

Big girl's blouse!
Actually I have nothing against Porkers - very accomplished motors. Trouble is there are at least three of them in my street already.
I'm sure you'll really enjoy it Greg smile

I never thought I'd own a Porsche, but we all have moments of madness!

A 355 bhp and 300lb ft drivers car with all the mod cons at £35k was just too tempting!

I sold the Aston recently and plan on having the 911 while I save up for a 2009 4.7 litre Vantage. But its very possible that my next car will be a 997 GT3 after driving this C2S!! I now see what all the Porker fuss is about!! smile
