Anyone knows the standard spring rates of a 3R?
Using the search function I found just M400 values which are higher, but not the 3R's.

I installed some coilovers with 500lb/inch front and 650lb/inch rear, but the springs seems to be much much harder than OEM.

I have 425lb fronts and 575lb rears on aftermarket shocks on a GTO3 and they feel just right on the road, and I think they are just slightly harder than stock springs.

No probs, i'll have the car out at the weekend so i'll have a look and let you know. How did you get on? Do they look nice? I take it you have the same set up as me or did you go for the 2-ways?

Same as you mate single way. I have 3 corners all done just gotta fit lower ball join at front so wish bone is off. It's a bh of a job to do. But they look good bit out of place as they are soo clean and rest car is so dirty at moment. But ik get some dirt on them in next few weeks. Lol

They dont take long to get dirty, the only thing I would say is to cover the black locking screw in grease, mine have surface rust so i'm going to get four stainless ones. I see your in hampshire, not too far away, and my GF lives in fleet! wavey
