removing excess waxoil??????

Does anyone know what i can use to breakdown waxoil that has spilt out on to my rear defusser?

The heat from a hair drier should soften it up enough to wipe away the excess with a microfibre cloth then some Tar Remover should take off the residue.
Once clean, wash down with shampoo and apply a layer of wax to re-protect the surface.
