Exhaust manifold gaskets

Gents, I know it's a Ford Duratec etc, but what other info do I need before I pop down to my local Ford dealer to buy two Exhaust manifold gaskets?

Should I be buying Ford ones or is there another (better) after market option?

Don't have part number on me but they are st220 2003.... Ford are the best as they are steel, will cost around £15 each

If it is the triangular ones you need they are the same as a Ford Transit. About £4 each for metal ones from any local motor factors.
