as my car is in pieces again after doing all the engine mounts i thought i would service it while i was at it. what spark plugs should i use where do i get oil filter from and what oil and how much is needed. its a 2.5 standard sump

spark plugs.ngk ptr6f-13.oil 5.5 ltrs of silkolene pro s 10w-50
from opie oils.use this oil in all my cars .brilliant stuff

whts the gap have seen various different bit about the gaps all with different answers.

Having just done the plugs on mine, I gapped them at 26 thou and they seem spot on. I'm running a bit more boost than standard and had a problem with them 'blowing out', now sorted.

faq says 40 thou, i also hear 36 thou and 26thou whats right

But , for what its worth , nearly everything seems to end up at around 25 thou ! ....
