I am considering buying a 3R, does anyone have one around Dorset that would be willing to take me for a spin?

Cheers

Ok, I've had mine for aprox 18 months, up till now I've spent nothing on repairs, except to tighten a loose suspension arm and MOTS. Only other expense has been upgrades, £2800 for exhaust refirb suspension with new springs, frame refirb, cat replacement and service. Now the car has decided that at 17,000 miles on a late 2004 everything is going to fall off or break!!!! Head gasket, both manifolds (over £1000 just for these!!) brakes, possibly my recently re-cored rad and even my washer bottle, so in short ummmmm………..no, not very cheap to run, unless unlike me you have the time and bags of patience to work on them yourself, like a few crazy fools on here LOL. If you do decide to take the plunge and buy on you will grin from ear to ear, even if it means selling your children biggrin

Same for me. 2 yeras with no problems, then inside 18 months I got through roughly 9 grand.
